Holy Basil, also known as Tulsi, is traditionally used in Ayurvedic practices for relaxation, stress relief, and mental clarity.

Ingredients: Holy Basil leaf and flower (Ocimum tenuiflorum).

13g bag is enough for about 13 cups.

20g bag is enough for about 20 cups.

Naturally grown just outside of Cardston, Alberta, using organic and regenerative methods (non-certified). Harvested, processed, and packaged by hand.

Suggested preparation: Steep 1-3 teaspoons per cup in hot water for at least 10 minutes, enjoy hot or cold.
