Wild Mint Herbal Tea
Wild Mint Herbal Tea
Give yourself a burst of freshness from this strong-tasting native mint.
All of our wild mint was propagated from a plant found growing wild on our land. We now grow it in our herb garden.
Wild mint, also known as Canada mint, is an important sacred plant for the Siksikaitsitapi (Blackfoot) and other indigenous groups. It is traditionally used to treat digestive issues and coughs, or applied topically to alleviate aches and pains. It is also commonly used as a delicious beverage to drink anytime, and for flavouring food.
